Team Rocket Returns

TPCi has revealed the next et for release on May 30, 2025. Team rocket returns in rhe upcoming Destined Rivals. The set will feature over 240 cards. It will include 15 new ex Pokémon. Over 45 new Pokémon and Trainer cards with special illustrations will be featured.

Journey Together Prerelease

The prerelease for the next set will take place starting on March 15, 2025. The four promo cards were announced head of the prerelease.

Mega Evolution Return

During Pokemon Day, TPCi has announced that Mega Evolutions would return to the game with the release of Pokemon Legends: Z-A coming in late 2025. Each Mega Evolution taken down will learn three Prize Cards. No release date of the Mega Evolutions was annouced. They will likely first show up In Japan. Destined Rivals

Destined Rivals will be the tenth set in the Scarlet &Violet series. The set will release on May 31, 2025. Prelease events will take place from May 17th to May 25th.

Series 6 Prize Packs Coming Soon

TPCi has announced that the next Prize Pack series will be released on February 14, 2025. This will be series six. Cards in the series will include Unfair Stamp, Fezandipiti ex, and Teal Mask Ogerpon ex. View the entire list here.

Card Shortages

TPCi has announced that Prismatic Evoloutions would receive a reprint after a massive release. It has caused the product to be in short supply driving the prices much higher than MSRP. No word on when additional products would be available. Additional products in the Prismatic Evolutions series is slated to go on sale in February and all the way through September 2025.

2025 Rotation

TPCi has announced that the next rotation will take place on April 11, 2025. All F regulation cards will rotate out. This rotation will remove all Radiant and the last of the V and VSTAR Pokemon. This is the same day as Journey Together will become legal. Legal cards will be cards marked G, H, and I. Journey Together will be the first set to intoduce I regulated cards.

World Championships 2025 & 2026

TPCi has announced that the 2025 and 2026 will take place in California. Next year, the competition moves to Anaheim, California, from August 15 to 17, 2025. The following year, the event will be held in San Francisco, California, from August 28 to 30, 2026.
